How to Enable the Shipping Calculator Widget ?
STEP 1
Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.
STEP 2
Click on the Theme settings icon.
STEP 3
Open the⚡Paid widgets tab and toggle the Shipping Calculator option.
In versions 8.0 to 8.5, this widget appears under Paid widgets.
From 8.6 onwards, the widget has moved to the Enterprise widgets
How to Edit the Shipping Calculator Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Sections and open the Cart drawer section. Search for the Cart Preferences block.
STEP 2
Click to open Cart Preferences, then find and select the Shipping Calculator block to access its settings.
STEP 3
Customize the following options:
Icon and Title — Adjust the visual elements and heading text.
Placeholders — Edit placeholder text for fields such as country, province, and ZIP code.
Button Style — Change the appearance and design of the buttons
How to edit the Shipping rates?
You can edit or add new shipping rates directly from your Shopify Admin. The rates displayed in the Shipping Calculator reflect what’s configured within your Shopify settings.
STEP 1
From your Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
STEP 2
Under Shipping profiles, select the profile you want to edit.
STEP 3
Find the shipping zone you wish to adjust and click Add rate.
STEP 4
Enter the rate name, cost, and any applicable conditions (e.g., weight or price-based rates), then click Done.
STEP 5
Save your changes.
Your Shipping Calculator will now display the updated rates based on the customer’s input.
