The Menu Bar is part of the Header, meaning:

How to Enable the Menu Bar?
STEP 1
Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.
STEP 2
Click on the Theme settings icon.
STEP 3
Open the⚡Paid sections tab and toggle the Menu Bar option.
In versions 8.0 to 8.5, this widget appears under Paid widgets.
From 8.6 onwards, the widget has moved to the 👑Enterprise widgets
How to set up the Menu Bar Section?
STEP 1
In your Theme Editor, locate the Header group in the left-side panel.
STEP 2
Click Add section and search for Menu Bar.
STEP 3
Select Menu Bar to insert it into the Header.
STEP 4
Click Save to apply your changes.
How to Assign a Menu to the Menu Bar?
STEP 1
Click on the Menu Bar section you added.
STEP 2
Locate the Menu bar setting and choose the navigation menu you want displayed (e.g., Main menu, Secondary menu, Promotions menu).
How to Fix Spacing Between the Header and Menu Bar
If there’s a visible gap between the header (logo + main menu) and the menu bar:
STEP 1
Click the Menu Bar section.
STEP 2
Scroll to the final group of settings.
STEP 3
Set Top Padding to None.
How to Adjust Spacing Inside the Header
If spacing persists due to the header itself:
STEP 1
Click the Header section.
STEP 2
Find the Bottom Padding setting.
STEP 3
Reduce or remove the padding to bring the menu bar closer.
