Also known as cart notes, order notes are intended to gather additional information, special requests, or extra directions from buyers in terms of preparing and transmitting an order.

To enable order notes, perform these simple steps:

STEP 1. Under Sales Channels, select Online Store.

STEP 2. On the right portion of the page, click on Customize.

STEP 3. Located on the bottom part of the sidebar menu, tap Theme settings.

STEP 4. Tap Cart/Search.

STEP 5. To enable order notes, insert a checkmark.

To disable order notes, uncheck enable order notes.

STEP 6. To save changes, tap Save.
