Tracking apps allow Shopify store owners to track and protect customers' purchases.

Orders that are automatically fulfilled e.g. digital downloads are marked as fulfilled immediately when payment is received.

For physical products that are manually fulfilled, adding tracking numbers and providing real-time shipping updates will enhance a customer's experience and build loyalty over time.

STEP 1

In Shopify admin, under Online Store, click on Themes.

STEP 2

Select your Debutify Shopify theme and click on Customize.

STEP 3

Click on the Theme Settings icon.

STEP 4

Click on Integrations.

STEP 5

Select Route - Protection and Tracking. If not installed, click on Install here - this opens the Shopify app store.

STEP 6

Click Install.

STEP 7

Read the terms and click Install app.

STEP 8

The protection and tracking app now appears in the list of installed apps in the Shopify admin.

STEP 7

Create an account and configure the Route tracking app.
