The Cart is usually the last step in the shopping before the shopper starts the checkout process, except if you've enabled the Skip Cart widget.
In Debutify Shopify themes, there are various ways to view the shopping cart. You can set it up as either a drawer (pulls out of the page), to redirect to a cart page, or as a pop-up on the screen.
How to Change the Cart Type?
STEP 1
In Shopify admin, under Online Store, click on themes.
STEP 2
Select your Debutify Shopify theme and click on Customize.
STEP 3
Click on the Theme Settings icon.
STEP 4
Click on Cart.
STEP 5
Select a cart type.
Cart drawer: Occupies only 25% of the entire webpage and can be found on the right side of the screen.
Cart page: this will redirect the customer to the Cart webpage.
Cart modal: Shows a pop-up cart window.
STEP 6
Click Save to apply the changes.
