The Agree to Terms widget is a straightforward yet powerful tool for protecting your business and fostering smoother transactions. STEP 1
Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.

STEP 2
Click on the Theme settings icon.

STEP 3
Open the⚡Free widgets tab and toggle the Agree to Terms option.

Go to Sections in your theme editor and open the Cart drawer section.

STEP 2

Locate the Cart Order Summary block.

STEP 3

Click the Agree to Terms block to open its settings. Enter the text and add the link you want it to open, for example: I agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Go to Sections in your theme editor and open the Cart drawer section. Look for the Cart Order Summary block.

STEP 2
Click to open Cart Order Summary, then find the Agree to Terms block. Hover over it, then click and drag to move it above or below other elements as desired.

After placing the Agree to Terms block in the preferred position, click Save to apply your changes.
