Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.

Click on the Theme settings icon.

Open the⚡Paid widgets tab and toggle the Delivery Time option.

Go to Sections and open the Cart drawer section. Search for the Cart Preferences block.

Click to open Cart Preferences, then locate the Delivery Time block. Hover over it, click and drag to reposition it above or below other elements as needed.
