What does the FAQs add-on do?

FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. The FAQs add-on adds a drop-down of searchable questions and answers to your store. These are often on the FAQ page addressing common questions about your products or services such as tracking orders or payment methods.

How to Enable the FAQs Add-On

STEP 1

In Shopify Admin, click Online Store to reveal themes.
