What are Order Notes?
Order notes are customers' special instructions for the seller, about how to prepare and deliver their order. In Debutify Shopify themes, you can add the order notes text box on the cart page and cart drawer.
How to Add Order Notes?
STEP 1
Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.
STEP 2
Go to Theme settings, then click on Cart.
Check the box to Enable order notes.
Customers can add instructions to the seller via a text box on the cart page and cart drawer.
STEP 3
Click on Save to apply the changes.
How to View Order Notes?
STEP 1
Go to your Shopify admin dashboard, and click on Orders to view a list of orders.
STEP 2
Click on an order to view the details.
STEP 3
