Order notes are customers' special instructions for the seller, about how to prepare and deliver their order. In Debutify Shopify themes, you can add the order notes text box on the cart page and cart drawer.

For example, customers that want to have a gift wrapped can use order notes to specify which product to wrap or the ideal time for delivery.

STEP 1

In Shopify admin, click on Themes.

STEP 2

Select your Debutify Shopify theme and click on Customize.

STEP 3

Click on Theme settings.

STEP 4

Click on Cart.

STEP 5

Tick Enable order notes - this adds a text box in the cart page and the cart drawer for customers to add instructions for the seller.

Click on Save to apply the changes.

In Shopify admin, click on Orders to view a list of orders.

Click on an order to view the details.
