The Newsletter Pop-Up add-on displays a pop-up box asking people to sign-up to receive newsletters.
In previous versions of the Debutify Shopify theme, the language for the Newsletter Pop-Up add-on was changed in the theme settings. When updating your Shopify theme to Debutify 4.6.0, you will notice there are no text boxes or labels under theme settings (admin> customize> theme settings> newsletter pop-up).

How to Change the Language of the Newsletter Pop-Up Add-on
STEP 1
In Shopify admin, click on Themes.
STEP 2
Select your Debutify Shopify theme, click on Actions to reveal the option to Edit languages.
STEP 3
Click on Add-Ons.
STEP 4
Scroll to the Newsletter pop-up and edit or translate the text.
STEP 5
Click Save to apply the changes.
