To change the registered email address, the one you used when signing up for a Debutify account, you can contact the Live Chat Support team or sort this out from the dashboard.
Following the steps below is quick and easy. If you contact the Live Chat Support team for assistance, make sure you provide them with both the registered email address and the new email address to effect the change.
Once the email is changed, you will receive confirmation via email.
How to Change the Registered Email Address
STEP 1
In the Debutify Theme Login Portal, click on the account name.
STEP 2
Click on Account Settings.
STEP 3
In the Account details section, enter the new email address and click verify.
STEP 4
Add the verification code sent to your email to verify your email. Enter the code and click Verify.
Note: If you can't find the verification email, please check the spam or junk folder.
STEP 5
A verified badge will be displayed once the email address has been verified and updated.
