It is important to have a smooth and efficient navigation experience when managing your online store. With the recent updates to our platform, we have standardized and improved the settings for sections and add-ons to make it easier for you to customize your store.
What has changed in the Sections/ Add-ons?
You can now easily access and modify the settings for each section and addon, saving you time and effort. This also allows for a more cohesive and professional look for your online store.
All sections in the theme customizer were separated by groups:
General - has one section that includes help links to the login portal
Addons - includes all addon sections which should be rendered on condition like Product tabs (renders to the specific block in Product section).
Header - includes all sections that should be rendered in the header on all pages like the Header section, Drawer menu, and Menu bar addon.
Footer - includes all sections which should be rendered in the footer on all pages.
There are new settings for sections/addons to achieve different layouts like Default or Wide view.
