If you are no longer using Debutify on your Shopify store and want to uninstall it, there are a few important steps you need to follow. Before Uninstalling
Before uninstalling Debutify, it is important to ensure that your subscription has been canceled.
If you are on a paid plan, you will need to log in to your account and verify if your subscription has been canceled. If you do not cancel your subscription before uninstalling, you may still be charged for the service.
Please note that deleting your Shopify account does not automatically cancel your Debutify subscription. You will need to follow the steps outlined in this article to properly cancel your subscription.
How to Uninstall the Debutify Theme?
STEP 1
Go to your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store, then Themes.
STEP 2
Select your Debutify Shopify theme, and click on the three-dotted button next to the theme name.
STEP 3
Select Remove.
Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose all theme design and settings.
Reminder: The "Remove" button will only appear if the theme is unpublished. If the theme is live, you will not have the option to remove it. In this case, you will need to publish your new theme before proceeding to remove it.
