Adding a Collection List allows you to highlight various collections within your store. This is similar to creating a subcollection or showing the collection on the Collection Page.
By customizing the layout and appearance of the Collection List, you can enhance the browsing experience for customers, making it simpler for them to discover products.
TIP: You can add a Collection List to different pages such as the Homepage, Product Page, Cart Page, Blogs, and more.
How to Enable/Disable Collection List Widget?
The enablement or disablement of widgets depends on the version of your Debutify Theme. Please follow the correct guide based on your theme version:
How to Enable or Disable the Debutify Theme Widgets on versions 7.1 and above?
STEP 1
Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.
STEP 2
Click on the Theme settings icon.
STEP 3
Scroll down and locate the Debutify Widgets tabs. You’ll find the following categories:
Debutify Free Widgets
Debutify Paid Widgets
Expand the relevant widget category by clicking on the arrow next to the tab name.
STEP 4
To enable a widget, check the box next to the widget name. To disable it, simply uncheck the box.
How to Enable or Disable the Debutify Theme Widgets between versions 6.0 and 7.0.2?
STEP 1
Sign in to your Debutify Theme Login Portal at platform.debutify.com, and navigate to the Widgets section.
STEP 2
Choose your widget from the Widgets menu, either by searching or filtering by category.
STEP 3
To enable or disable your chosen widget, click on the toggle switch.
STEP 4
To enable the widget, confirm by clicking Enable in the confirmation message that appears.
To disable the widget, confirm by clicking Disable in the confirmation message that appears.
Note: Enabling or disabling widgets on Debutify Login Portal is available only in Debutify Theme versions 6.0 to 7.0.2. Please make sure your theme is within this version range to access this feature.
How to Manage Settings of a Collections List?
STEP 1
Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.
STEP 2
Go to Sections, scroll down, and locate Collections List under Template. If you don't see it, click on Add sections and search for Collections List to display it.
STEP 3
Tick the box if you want it to be visible on mobile, desktop, or both.
How to Customize Section Style for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Section Style settings and choose your preferred section style. You have three options to select from:
Blank Background
Accent Background
Border Top
STEP 2
Go to Container size and select the desired container size. You can choose between three options:
Default
Fluid
Full
How to Customize Heading and Subheading Texts for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Heading to add a heading text.
STEP 2
Go to Subheading to add a subheading text.
How to Customize Layout for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Columns on desktop to adjust the number of columns you wish to display on the desktop view. Use the slider to set the column count.

Go to Display type and select your preferred display type. Choose from two options:
Grid
Carousel

Tick the box if you want to expand collections to fill the space.
STEP 4
Go to Collection display type and select how you prefer your collections to appear. You can choose between two options:
Card
Tiles

Go to Collection image alignment to adjust the alignment of the collection images. This only applies if Tiles display type is selected. Select your preferred alignment from the dropdown options:

Go to Collection content alignment to adjust the alignment of the collection content. This only applies if Tiles display type is selected. Select your preferred alignment from the dropdown options:

Go to Collection height to adjust the height of the collection. Choose from the dropdown options:

Check the boxes if want to show collection title, products count, button, and enable animation on hover.
How to Customize Buttons for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Button style to select the style of the collection button. Choose from three options: Default, Primary, or Outline.
STEP 2
Go to Button size to adjust the size of the collection button. Choose from two options: Small, or Default.
STEP 3
Tick the box if you want to Show button.
STEP 4
Go to Button label to add label to the View all button.
STEP 5
Go to Button link to add a link to the View all button. If no link is specified, the button will automatically direct users to the catalog page.
STEP 6
Go to Button style to select the style of the View all button. Choose from three options: Default, Primary, or Outline.
How to Customize Slider Options for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Slider options and check the boxes if you want to enable slider, show dots, and enable autoplay.
STEP 2
Go to Autoplay speed to adjust the speed of autoplay. Use the slider to set the speed as desired.
How to Customize Loading Type for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Go to Images loading and choose between two loading types: Lazy or Eager options.
How to Customize Collection Blocks for Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Click on the triangle next to Collections List to reveal the block(s).
STEP 2
Click on Collection block, and enter a Block name—this is for internal identification only and will not be seen by your customers.
STEP 3
Click on Select Collection to add a collection to the section.
STEP 4
Check the box if you want to enable Make full width.
STEP 5
Go to Collection title to enter a collection name. If not specified, then the collection title will be used.
STEP 6
Go to Collection image and click Select Image to upload an image from your library or explore Shopify's collection of free images. If not specified, then the collection image will be used.
STEP 7
Click Add Collection to add a new collection. Repeat steps from above.
How to Select a Color Scheme for the Collection List Widget?
STEP 1
Click Change under Color scheme to choose your preferred colors from the dropdown options provided.

Final Step: Save Your Changes
After completing your customizations, click Save to apply the changes.
