My Store is Closed, Why Did I Get Charged?

A guide on how to cancel Debutify subscription when closing a Shopify store.

If your store is closed and you didn't cancel the plan before closing the Shopify subscription or uninstalling the Debutify App/theme. You will get charged because it's a recurring payment for your selected plan. Debutify is a third-party app/theme which requires cancellation of the plan separately. Refunds are also dealt with separately.

If for whatever reason, you want to stop using Debutify or to uninstall the Debutify app or close your Shopify store, you must first cancel your Debutify subscription or contact sales via chat or email us at support@debutify.com

​Note: Otherwise, your plan will be considered active and you will be charged on the exact date of your monthly renewal.
