Live View is a reporting feature that provides Shopify store owners with a real-time view of the store activity. The Live View widget generates a real-time pop-up showing the number of people viewing your product page.
While the pop-up is visible to your store visitors, the Live View dashboard is an analytics feature for store owners.
Live View lets you monitor your store's activity and sales from other channels. It includes a map showing where the activity is coming from and other key metrics.
How to View the Live View Dashboard?
STEP 1
In Shopify admin, click on Analytics.
STEP 2
Click on Live View to see the dashboard. Clicking on the headings in the dashboard leads to more detailed information about visitors to your store.
