What To Do When You Did Not Receive the Verification Link?

If you're having trouble logging into your account, don't worry! There are a few simple steps you can take to get back into your account.

Step 1: Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails from new senders can get filtered into these folders by mistake.

If you find the email in your spam or junk folder, mark it as "not spam" so that future emails from us will go straight to your inbox.

Step 2: Try Logging In with Your Credentials

If the email is not in your spam or junk folder, the next step is to head to the login page and sign in with your credentials. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

If your account is not yet verified, you will see a message asking you to verify your email. Simply click on the provided link to resend the verification email.

Step 3: Contact Support for Further Assistance
