If you are experiencing issues with the Trial message continuously popping up, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.
STEP 1
Confirm whether the theme version you are using is still supported. If you are using an older version, it may be time to update to a newer version (6x versions).

STEP 2
Make sure that you are using the correct URL for your account. If you are using a different URL than the one used during account creation, this may be causing the Trial message to appear.
To check your account URL, refer to our guide on finding and inputting the correct URL.
STEP 3
If you have confirmed that your theme is up to date and your account URL is correct, the issue may be related to your store's plan.
Please check your billing information to ensure that your store is on a paid plan.
If your store is on a free plan, the Trial message will continue to appear.
To view your billing information, go to your account settings and click on the "Billing" tab. If your store is on a free plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan by clicking on the "Upgrade" button.
